Mercedes builds the narrative. She takes complex programs, funding opportunities, and organizational missions and turns them into compelling, fundable proposals.

What makes her different is that she will tell you the bold truth and then hand you the research study that proves it. She is not softening the message to make it easier to hear. She is making sure the message is exactly what it needs to be and that it lands with the weight it deserves.

Greg knows what it takes to build something from the ground up and what it takes to save something close to falling apart. His background spans nonprofit revitalization and fundraising across the Midwest with deep roots in faith based community work.

What you might not expect is how he does it. Greg walks into organizations that need restructuring and systems development and he does it with genuine kindness. Not softness. Kindness. There is a difference. He meets people where they are, builds trust first, and then does the hard work of making things function the way they should.

Dani builds the case. She conducts the research that makes our program development credible and our recommendations defensible. From target audience analysis to competitive landscape reviews, she synthesizes data into clear documentation that informs every strategic decision we make.

Her research operates at a graduate level of rigor. When we are working with large institutions that require depth and precision, Dani is the person who makes sure our work can stand up to scrutiny.

She is also our proverbial Jane of all trades. She steps in wherever she is needed, manages the client experience from the inside, and makes sure every touchpoint is intentional.
